Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what information Monitaria collects through this website and the Monitaria hub, and how it is used.

This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts, and does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

When you request a quote

The quote form on the Pricing page collects your name, work email, company and, if you give them, your phone number, role and details about your sites. We use them only to prepare and send your quote and to follow up on it. The form is delivered to our sales inbox by email through our email service providers (Resend and ImprovMX). We don't add you to a mailing list.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to provide the service you asked about.

The collector VM

The collector runs on your own infrastructure. Monitoring configuration and measurement history are stored on the VM and are not sent to us unless you connect it to a hub.

The hub

If you connect a collector to the hosted hub, the hub receives:

  • A status snapshot for each sensor: sensor name, device label, status, latest value and message, with IP addresses redacted from messages.
  • Account details from your Microsoft or Google sign-in, such as your name and work email address.

Device IP addresses, hostnames, monitored URLs, SNMP community strings and measurement history stay on the collector. See the Security page for details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service, or where required by law.
