These terms apply to your use of this website, the Monitaria collector virtual appliance and the Monitaria hub (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them.

Quotes, fees and billing

Fees, billing terms and the scope of the service are set out in the quote or order you accept. A quote is not a commitment until both parties agree to it in writing.

The service

We may improve or change features over time. Except as set out in your order, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your responsibilities

• Only monitor networks and devices you own or are authorized to monitor.
• Keep your account credentials secure and turn on two-factor authentication where available.
• Do not use the service to disrupt, probe or attack systems you are not authorized to test.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. Monitoring history stays on your collector VM. See the Privacy Policy for what the hub receives.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monitaria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed alerts or downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do.
