About
Built by people who run multi-site networks
We built Monitaria because monitoring many sites kept meaning the same compromises: a VPN or port forward into every location, monitoring that went quiet whenever a WAN link dropped, a server farm to run it, and fifty alerts every time one branch router went down.
So we started from the site: a small collector that does the work locally, keeps the details local, and only ever connects out.
What we hold to
The work happens on site
Each collector monitors its own network and keeps working on its own. The hub is a view across sites, never a dependency.
Nothing connects in
Collectors open every connection. No site should need a firewall change, a VPN or a port forward to be monitored.
Details stay where they belong
Addresses, credentials and history stay on the collector. Anything that sends data elsewhere is off until an admin turns it on.
Plain words, and numbers you can open
Down, Warning, No data, Offline, Up, the same everywhere. Every count on a screen opens exactly the list it counts.
How updates work
Collector releases are numbered and listed with what changed in the release history. You install them when it suits you; the appliance's operating system installs security updates by itself. The hosted hub is kept up to date by us. Details are in the update policy.
How support works
Customers open tickets from Your account and choose a severity, which sets our first-reply target: the support policy lists them. Support only sees what you write in a ticket; nobody here can connect to your collectors.
Sales and renewals: sales@monitaria.com. Support: support@monitaria.com. Security reports: security@monitaria.com.
Try it on your own network
Every collector includes a 30-day evaluation with every feature, counted from the first time it starts. Monitoring and alerts never stop because of licensing.
